ASSALE KOUASSI
Member of the Board of Director
A graduate of the ITBI of the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris, Mr. Assalé KOUASSI was successively :
- General Inspector at the National Bank of Paris,
- Director of BICIBAIL,
- Adviser to the CEO of the Banque Ivoirienne pour le Commerce et l’Industrie in Côte d’Ivoire,
- Director of IPS and BICIBAIL,
- Chief Operating Officer of BICICI
- Director of Operations and Credit at the Banque National d’Investissement.
Mr. Assalé is the Chief Executive Officer of EBURNEX.
STANISLAS ZEZE
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Stanislas ZEZE is a graduate of the Institute of Political and Economic Sciences and the School of Administration of the University of Michigan where he obtained an MPA (Masters of Public Administration) with a specialization in financial risk management and strategic planning in economic development.
He has had a rich experience in financial and operational risk management in renowned institutions such as :
The World Bank in Washington as a Senior Risk Analyst;
The International Economic Institute in Washington as Project Director;
The National Bank of Detroit as Director of Small Business Risk Management.
The AfDB as Senior Country Credit Analyst.
Shell Oil Product Africa as Regional Credit Risk Manager for West and Central Africa.
JEANNE NICOLE SISSOKO-ZEZE
Member of the Board of Director
Trained as a financial engineer, Ms Jeanne SISSOKO-ZEZE began her career as a financial markets specialist at Standard Chartered Bank.
She is now the Managing Director of Blueprint SA, Bloomfield’s real estate subsidiary.
She is also the founder and Managing Director of a company specialized in Corporate and Personal Branding.

Jean-Paul TONGA
Executive Vice-President, Director of Risk and Compliance.
Jean Paul has an extensive experience in audit, management control, financial risk management, accounting and financial analysis obtained from reputable firms such as Deloitte & Touche Paris and Abidjan where he spent 15 years and before Joining Bloomfield
Investment Corporation, he was a Technical Director for 7 years.
He is a memorialist chartered accountant and holder of the DESCF.
Jean Paul is bilingual (English and French) and has a perfect knowledge of the legal, fiscal, financial and socio-economic environment of UEMOA.
Soraya DIALLO
Senior Vice President, Director Bloomfield Ratings
After ten 10 years in an audit firm, Soraya DIALLO has developed skills in the fields of internal control, organization, finance and accounting.
This experience has been acquired in auditing entities belonging to various sectors of activity, both in Côte d’Ivoire and at the African level.
She joined Bloomfield Investment Corporation in November 2014, as Senior Financial Analyst.
Yannick YAPI
Vice President, Deputy Director Bloomfield Ratings
YAPI holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Audit and Management Control (DESS) and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques (MSTCF). He was Assistant Treasurer at the Petroleum Stock Management Company of Côte d’Ivoire (GESTOCI) before joining Bloomfield Investment Corporation in 2009.
He holds the position of Deputy
Director Bloomfield Ratings.
Mariette KABORE
Administrative and Accounting Director
Ms Mariette KAKOURE is a graduate in Financial Accounting from the Institut National Polytechnique Houphouët Boigny.
She gained experience as an auditor and management controller at Deloitte & Touche and LABOREX.
She was also a credit analyst at Bloomfield Investment Corporation for 4 years.
Marius ACHI
Senior Economist, Deputy Director Bloomfield Intelligence
Marius holds a PhD in International Macroeconomics from the University of Félix Houphouët Boigny.
He also holds a Master’s degree from the Inter-University Postgraduate Program (PTCI) involving 18 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Sub-Saharan Africa. In addition to his certificate in Macroeconomic Diagnostics from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
He joined Bloomfield Investment as a Senior Economist, then Senior Economist- Deputy Director. He has demonstrated his
as an economist in West, East and Central Africa, USA and France.
Stephanie ANGUI
Director of Mission
Stéphanie , has completed her training in Accounting and Financial Sciences and Techniques (MSTCF) at the University of Cocody Abidjan and holds a certification in Corporates Finance from the University HEC PARIS.
After a stint in an accounting firm, she joined Bloomfield Investment Corporation in 2014 where she holds the position of Head of Mission.
Yves ZAH BI
IT Manager
Yves is a computer engineer graduated from Groupe Pigier, school where he started his professional career in 2005.
He then spent two (02) years reinforcing his technical skills in an outsourcing firm.
In April 2010, Yves joined Uniwax SA, a subsidiary of the Vlisco Group where he developed new functional and managerial skills in his capacity as
Business Applications Consultant. He is also ITIL and PRINCE 2 Practioner certified.
Since November 2021, Yves ZAH BI, with 15 years of experience in Information Systems, joins the team of Bloomfield Investment Corporation as IT Manager.
Khady N’DIAYE
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Khady is a graduate of the Abidjan Institute of Management and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering.
She started her career as an accountant and acquired a strong experience in the field of management, which enabled her to reach the position of operations manager.
In May 2017, she joins the BLOOMFIELD team as personal assistant to the CEO.
Olivia YASSOUA
Head of Mission Bloomfield Ratings
Olivia is a graduate of ESTEMMaroc were she obtained a Masters degree in Management Science and Trade with a major in Financial engineering.
She also holds a master’s degree in Management Science and Organizational Administration from the University of Western Brittany (UBO).
Olivia started her professional career by joining the Bloomfield-Investment team in June 2014 as a Financial Analyst.
Stephanie MORENO
Head of Mission Office of CEO
Ms. Stephanie MORENO holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Integrated Communication, obtained at Sciences-U Lyon in 2016.
After a solid experience abroad in her field, she returns to Abidjan and joins CDCI as Purchasing Manager.
She joins the Bloomfield Investment Corporation team in 2019 as a project manager attached to the CEO’s office.
Khady N’DIAYE
Personal Assistant to the CEO
Khady is a graduate of the Abidjan Institute of Management and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering.
She started her career as an accountant and acquired a strong experience in the field of management, which enabled her to reach the position of operations manager.
In May 2017, she joins the BLOOMFIELD team as personal assistant to the CEO.
